How can I track my order using my account?
To track your order:
- Log in to My Account using your email address or customer number and password.
- Select ‘Order Tracking’
Here you can view:
- History of all your recent orders
- Up to date parcel statuses
- The delivery destination
(Please note, this information updates at regular intervals)
Your order tracking is split into 3 sections.
- Orders not yet been delivered
- Items on delay and their expected delivery date
- In this section, you will see orders that are being delivered to your chosen address.
- In this section you will see any items that you have either returned or cancelled.
