This Shipping Policy describes how SINERGIA VENTURES, LTD. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“VAANIS”, “we”, “us”, and/or “our”) handle shipping. 

We ship orders as soon as possible; However, this will not always be the same day that the order is placed. In general, please allow 1-2 business days for processing time and please note that during sale periods we may have additional delays. We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. All dates are estimated. Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when order is placed.

Please triple check all shipping details you provide to us are correct prior to completing your order. Once your order has left our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes. The address submitted on order is final and any changes required are to be requested through the Courier Service.

COVID-19 Delivery Information

In response to COVID-19, all our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of their drivers and our customers.

Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority.

There is currently no impact to our delivery services at this stage; however we encourage all customers to use your home address for delivery.

Moving forward all carriers will operate a contact free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that’s delivered.

You can see all carrier guidelines and measures upon visiting the nominated carrier website, emails will be provided upon dispatch to confirm delivery information.

We hope that you understand and appreciate the measures that have been implemented are to protect you and ensure we can continue operate as normal.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Orders are shipped from our partners in Poland, China, Hong Kong, etc.
  • Shipping time is an estimate, not anbsolute guaranteed delivery date. Many conditions are implicated, such as weather, holiday season, customs issues, logistics holdups, and more that can cause delays and they are out of our control.
  • Unfortunately our global suppliers for some countries do not provide tracking numbers but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
  • International shipping takes longer and certain countries don’t have tracking available.

If for some unknown reason you did not receive your confirmation email or tracking number

Please don’t panic! Just send an email to and we’ll make sure you receive it!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

We will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives at your country and… The customer refuses to accept the package.
No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
We reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

Why is my order stuck in transit?

Occasionally, orders do get delayed when entered the country. With inspections and customs packages can be stuck for up to 4 weeks with no updates to the tracking. This is fairly uncommon, but it does happen. If your order is stuck and hasn’t moved for several days unfortunately there’s nothing that can be done to get it moving again, besides simply waiting for it to be released, so we appreciate your understanding ant thank you in advance for your patience.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Check our return policy here.
